3 DAYS TRAINING...
Suatu hari Ass. Manager gw bilang klo gw disuruh ikut training 3 hari...pikiran pertama gw adalah.."koq trainingnya baru sekarang sih?!?kan gw dah setahun kerja?!?".
1st Day..
Seharian dalam ruangan training bareng anak baru + anak2 yang masuknya satu angkatan sm gw.. kinda sleepy but the subject is really important for my job.. so i listened to it anyway.. and try to recite it on my head.
2nd Day..
Jalan-jalan ke competitor stores.. lucu juga, soalnya gw adalah pecinta toko buku dan setiap ke toko buku manapun gw tidak pernah mengobservasi toko2 itu dengan seksama kaya kemarin itu.. jadi a lil' bit wierd because i have to judge the stores service, the products, the price, and etc..After that back to the main store, observing our main store and display training.
3rd Day..
The presentations day about competitor stores we go to yesterday, the rest is a lot about customer service subject and our stories about customer complaints.. that's a wrap and i'm goin' back to the branch store tomorrow.
For a training it was very fun, not too serious but definitely important..and the great thing is i could get away for a while from my daily job...hyahaha.
